A relational approach

Katie offers a calm, attentive approach that helps people talk openly about relationship difficulties, stress, changes in life and concerns they may have carried privately for some time.
Katie's current work focuses primarily on professional supervision for counsellors. She also offers individual counselling for stress, anxiety, general wellbeing and relationship concerns, drawing on her experience in therapeutic groups, teaching and private practice.
Making complex ideas useful
When Jefferson and I put a resource together, I find myself asking whether it says what it needs to say and whether someone will actually find it helpful. We draw on our work with individuals and couples, often bouncing ideas off each other, until the wording and the exercise feel right.
We both contribute our counselling experience and our different ways of seeing things. I especially care that what we share is clear, focused and genuinely helpful to the person using it.
