What to include

A brief message saying whether you are seeking individual counselling, couples counselling, supervision or information about another offering is enough. There is no need to give your full history, medication information or intimate details by ordinary email.

You can include any questions about appointments or the counselling process in your enquiry email.

Urgent concerns

Providence is not an emergency or crisis service and emails, texts and voicemail are not continuously monitored.

For immediate danger, call 000. In the ACT, urgent mental health support is available through Access Mental Health on 1800 629 354.
